7-day trial: if you withdraw before the end of the trial, nothing is owed for the licence and your data is returned to you.

Yes: a 7-day trial starts when the installed software is made available. If you withdraw before it ends, nothing is owed for the licence.
An initial one-week training is included in both plans. Additional training (new staff) is quoted separately.
The data remains under your control. You can request an export in an open format; the first export is free of charge.
Yes, the offline version works without a connection. The hybrid version combines offline work and online services. Under the contract, the subscription (Plan B) requires an Internet connection.
